I really like how you detailed the ground for this final version; I think it does a great job of leading the eye through the image in the direction the girl is looking. The lighted window behind her face creates both a nice frame and a strong focal point.

The characters face and hair are really well defined against the background, I love that I would try that for the rest of her just to really make it pop. the background is AMAZING!
