The seventh victim/beneficiary of Flap's 2018 Costume Craze. FCC regular Melody as a magical girl version of Rouge the Bat, who's outfit honestly was just begging for it.
I ran up and down that list of characters and spins and whittled it down to two options, both magical girls... this design jumped into my head first.
