Description
From the moment I first saw Galarian Articuno, I knew I had to draw a gijinka.

Since it wears a mask, what better to wear than masquerade getup? I debated giving her wings but decided on incorporating wing-like designs into her mask and bodice instead. I also decided to add a touch of malevolence to her expression since Galarian Articuno is listed as "The Cruel Pokemon."
