I really like the DOF and the framing here. The use of spot color really gives the photograph a great style and enhances the beauty of your subject.
Random thought: It might look really cool to add the dancer in the background in color also - then the joy and energy of the dance would be highlighted in photograph. Of course, it would no longer work as well for "wear".
