It would pretty much be a mix of the movie and comics. The Masters have pretty much taken over and decided the world and all but a couple of "heros" are left. Logan is a farmer with his daughter Rina and a crippled magneto. On day a dying Hawkeye limps onto there farm begging Logan to finish his mission to deliver voles of super soldier serum to the resistance, and before he can refuse Hawkeye is murdered and his farm attacked by the bullseye. Logan and Magnus defend themselves but in the fight their farm is bombed. With their home destroyed and the Masters assuming that they are part of the resistance. They have no choice but to fulfill the mission and go cross country to deliver the serum.
