Oh, Ichigo and the rest make it into the Soul King's palace, and Ichibe manages to be resurrected when Ichigo called his name (long story).

I'm getting the feeling that Yhwach has daddy issues and might not be an only child.

Plus they have identical goals, massive amounts of power, little explanation on their originals, and if you think about, rather similar powers, in that Aizen's hypnosis and Yhwach's Almighty make them near unstoppable in combat.

Hm..Yeah. The only real issue is that Aizen and Yhwach aren't the same race...though one of them could being lying....Also, Yhwah seems to be much older than Sousuke. Man. this is getting good. If Juha and Aizen are brothers, and the Soul King is their father...then why did he abandoned them?

The relation could be metaphysical, not biological. Maybe from time to time, some of the Soul King's essence (for lack of a better term) is cast off and migrates into a body in either the human word or Soul Society. If this is true, then I suspect they are not the only ones and there may be other children of the Soul King.

So, the "brother" part is that they are both spawned form the Soul King, but have not blood ties to him or each other. Though, I wonder how they know each other? Maybe the SK's "children" can sense the essence of their "Siblings".

That's my theory. The Soul King doen't seem to get out much or even at all. As for how they could recognize each other, could be anywhere from a sixth sense to inductive reasoning. When Aizen is finally defeated, he demands to know how Urahara can serve that "thing," which Urahara deduces that Aizen has seen the Soul King. Maybe they remember being part of the Soul King and Ywach knew Aizen was a brother because Aizen knew what the Soul King was.
Here's a thought; if we assume that there are multiple Soul King children and these children have very unique and powerful abilities, is it possible that Orihime might be one of them?

That would make a hell of a lot of sense. Orihime's power has been stated to "breach the realm of gods" and she isn't a fullbringer. I have been wondering for the longest time what Inoue could be, and a child of the SK is possible. It could also explain why and how Aizen went after Orihime, because he sense her power. He knows that they are "siblings". Hell, maybe all of the spirit beings are children of the SK, but to various degrees.

My thoughts exactly. Several characters commented on how strange Orihime's powers were and were puzzled on how a human could have such an ability. If she is fellow child, it explains a lot.

Well, the Quincy are obviously descendants of the Soul King as their powers come from Ywach. As for the Shinigami, their powers had to come from somewhere, so the Soul King is a likely source.

Then there's the hollows...which are a giant WTF as to how they came into existence....
