The ship was originally a .skp file use for SketchUp. I converted the file into .x using one of SketchUp's plugins and then loaded it into pmx editor to convert the .x into .pmx ^_^
You can also use Blender for converting files too. But I've never used the program.

which version you have to pmx? Or how much RAM does your laptop? that pmx not charge more than 20MB of .x, I also make models

I used an older version of Editor (PMXEditor_0138) and I use SketchUp8 but I would think any version should work. But I do not know.
Not sure if it matters but I have 8GB of RAM
And I'm not really sure. Says the .x file is 126MB while the .pmx file is 46.7MB so maybe converting the file compress it?
