I'm okay.  I was there for a six-week, once-a-day course of intravenous antibiotic treatment, a 'better safe than sorry' measure resulting from the possible scan-detection, at John Cochrane VA Hospital, of infection, from a very painful ulcer on the ball of my left foot, in a tiny bone that can't be biopsied.

Ouch.

Well, I'm glad you're okay now.  I bet all that time in hospital gave you plenty of time for inspiration.  I know when I was hospitalised with a fractured ankle, 20 years ago, I just about when stir crazy.  There was a side benefit though, that's when the girl I was friendly with came in to visit me and we now have 2 children and a mortgage
