i think your piece has bad values. Not enough variation. And what I asume is supposed to be the focal areas really dont stand out to the viewer. Even takes a while to notice the character wich should be in your first few reads.

I agree with your assessment. I was fairly new to digital art when I did this drawing and have learned a fair bit since. I know there is always room for improvement, but I like to think I've become a bit better since then!

I will definitely get to Artorias eventually, but I'm going to try to tackle the bosses in the order they would become available in the game.
