It's Penelope again ^^ya this time I drew her by hand inked and then colored with prisma colors.
She then was touched up in photoshop to bring out the colors better since scanning it wasnt the best
Then added the signature :3 which will be on now most of the Penelope the Fox pics cause I like it :3

did the line art at school and inked it at home and colored it today at work during lunch break and at home after decorating the tree :3
