1) I can't draw facial hair so I just did the shading of where it is
2) took me over 12 hours in Paint tool sai

Awesome work, it really has a great impact on the viewer! I really like the colors you have chosen for this piece, the palette is not too bright, but not too dull either, it make the picture somehow look like a vintage photo; the part I prefer is surely the colors youβve used to shade the skin and hair!
The background is very simple, but well done; youβve been able to create a location with just a few colors!
The part I prefer of the portrait is definitely the eyes and lips, I really love how you did them! The nose is well-done too, and I really like how you shaded, however, Iβd like to suggest you to use darker colors and do a few more and more detailed shadows, since it looks like it lacks of details; aside this, you did a really good job
