Hey, curious if this artist actually asked permission to use your work...?
It is obviously fine if she did, but if she didn't then it isn't good. She did give you reference but that dosn't mean it gives her rights. Seems you already had problem with this piece as well.

i actually used to work at a shop in colorado about a year ago, they had this as flash also. wish i had known it wasnt their design.
i did a colored version of it as practice while i was apprenticing there. someone sent me to this as a comment on mine. im glad i was shown this, i can now give you credit, and hopefully you dont mind i used the idea, you did a great job!!

Depending on the artist you go to, but if it were me I would charge around 250-350$ for this tattoo if I didn't know the person. THat's for a decent size, but it's also hard to quote for a someone else. Just make sure you really check out the aritst's art and their tattoos before you pick someone. If you want, find the artist's portfolio online and send the link to me and I'll tell you which one you should go to.

I made the brightness and contrast higher in photoshop eheh it got rid of that pesky lined paper.

I like this better than the traditional way coys are done.
I know what a biro is, but I think most yanks might not.
