Name: Ezekiah
Clan: Kaustikov
Position: Commander
Age: 1465

Ezekiah is the leader of the Kaustikov clan and commands them with the help of two other advisors (yet to be named/created). He is a stern but warm-hearted leader and as such uses his breath weapon for healing more often than fighting. Through hundreds of years of training he crafts his breath fire into thins ropes which can be used for stitching wounds, restraining troublesome patients or foes and when the need arises, fighting. He fondly hangs these bits of rope on his horns and their length often varies depending on the day.

He is the father of Zayne and the grandfather of Tobias. He originally had hoped Zayne would take over as Commander of the clan when the time came, but Ezekiah was sorely disappointed when Zayne wanted nothing to do with the clan and moved to one of the cities near a major starport. Ezekiah is bitter about his son's dishonor to the clan and the Ax'ranthael's Sanctuary-given calling of defending their planet and has all but disowned Zayne. He holds hope that one day Tobias might rise to take charge but as he is still young and was raised for a short while by Zayne Ezekiah has doubts.

Ezekiah had a mate named Alaei (wip name) who was from a different family within the Kaustikov clan. They had Zayne together before she died from wounds inflicted by an Elehael, too severe to mend despite the best efforts of many Ax'ranthael. While Ezekiah misses her, he does not mourn for her death as she fought and died bravely, and he celebrates the life she led. Since then he has not sought out any new mate, quite content to be single.

He often stays around the Sentree that marks the Kaustikov clan's home but every month he will make 1-2 trips to the Omnia clan where he learns of new healing techniques or what's outdated. Overall he tries to stay in contact with as many clans as he can, as he strongly believes in remaining united against the relentless Elehael onslaught.

So I don't think I've really actually done a ref for Ezekiah before, and his name has changed a few times in my head. Starting at Elijah then Ezekial then I combined the sounds to make Ezekiah. xD At first he was going to be more black like Zayne and Tobias, but after having a half asleep thought of an almost white Ax with a dark face I knew it had be him. So here he is and I'm so happy to have a ref for him. One of these days I'll draw one up to show his build and such but for now this works. xD
