Look a bit familiar? Viktara is my Dragon Ball OC(donutsteel) who takes some heavy design cues from my previous Digimon character Victoria. Black jacket, blue pants, red hair, 'croptop', it's all pretty obvious who she's derived from. Those facets aside, I designed the core of of the character around the fact that there was a serious lack of capable females within the Dragonball universe. The few woman in the series that could fight well were still depicted as scrawny little toothpicks compared to the guys, so Viktara was my answer to that. A female who not only looks like she can stand shoulder to shoulder with Tien and Piccolo, but also trade a few blows with them.

(And in case anyone was wondering, she's a Heran. Bojack's race.)
