Sorry for the late reply. I did a quick etsy search and it looks like you can buy them there. You could also commission one from a seamstress or cosplayer if you wanted something specifically made with your measurements in mind, although that would probably for more expensive. I made everything on my costume, so I'm not sure where the best place to buy one would be.
