Description
Here is Tatsuya Ootsutsuki, He is a super ancient member of the Ootsutsuki clan, he was on the Earth before Kaguya. He discovered Ryuchi Cave and befriended the snakes. He also became the first "human" sage. He is quite peaceful and he guarded the chakra tree for years until Kaguya blackmailed him. he is kind and wise and has the ability to see certain prophecies with his Ootsutsuki Byakugan.

He created people by combining his cells with chakra and a bit of a procedure that could be similar to cloning, but without the fancy equipment. These people became a clan that Orochimaru derived from, but Tatsuya destroyed the whole clan (besides Orochimaru's father) as punishment for them sealing him away for many years and basically harvesting his chakra.

He is now Junko's long-term house guest that never leaves. The two are good friends.
