You chill. Don't worry about a thing. The more you stress the worse it gets, but the more you relax the clearer your head is and an answer comes sooner.
But about the picture, I looove eet.
I really like the lack of color, and how making the words smaller makes them more subtle.

you know what i do? I just sit there and stare in nothing, with mah music so loug, that i get somehow inspired for drawing, and drawing is the best solution for everything, at least for me.

Ah, the emotion. ;_; Even in simple scribble pieces, you always get the emotion dead-on. And to answer your question, I either blast music, draw, longboard, or sleep. Sometimes all of that. Clear your head, then tackle the problem later on.
