All I did was take a darkish grey, and pull the opacity down to like 70% and then I drew what I wanted the shadows to be like, then I went under the layer (make sure the shadow is it's own layer) and then change the layer to Color Burn, or something. You can play around with it, but that is what I did. You can also add a little blur to it to smooth out the edges.
