Yess,
Especially when mixed with porkhead, pork kidneys and pork tongue.
A lot of bouillon.
Some vinnegar and herbes.
It's called : "Zure Zult" and it's a local specialty.

wir waren auf studienfahrt und haben im biologiekurs ein schweinerherz seziert...es war wirklich ekelhaft, vor allem der geruch...ich konnte den ganzen tag danach nichts mehr wirklich essen....war aber trotzem interessant^^
