well. you can use some of your own shirts/whateveryouaredoing as model and draw pattern to that kind of referred paper (:
like shirts back, front, sleeves back&front/or full (like there will be only one seam section).
(if you don't know how to put those parts together, you can ask your mom or go to libary and ask some book where are (usuallu pretty well) told how to do it ;3
