I actually just bought More Friends of Mineral Town, it's completely addictive. I've only played the Gamecube and DS ones before, in addition to Hero of Leaf Valley and Save the Homeland.

lol Harvest Moon is such a nostalgic game for me! I remember playing this for hours and hours. Now i want to have a go at it again, lol.

Ah no Nami is from "A wonderful life and Another wonderful Life" the game in the stamp is "Friends of mineral Town" on gamboy advance

Ive been addicted to Another wonderful life, i have barely left the couch! lol. Got myself a husband and a baby, lol i have no life so i life through my characters life, lol.

This cant be based off Anne, since her hair in all the games I have played with her in it, her hair was orange.

There is no wonderful life on Gameboy advance, the one I was thinking of when I said a Wonderful life was the Gamecube one, theres a ps2 one to, but I never tried it yet.
The DS harvest moon has those 4 girls and a lot more, like a witch, mermaid, goddess...yup. Its pretty fun.

I have Friends of Mineral Town on Gameboy Advance and the Boy and Girl versions of "A Wonderful Life/Another Wonderful Life" on Gamecube. Dont ask me why i have the same games, lol i think one was my ex bf's, lol.
Yeah i havent tried any PS2 one's either, i heard the DS ones were really bad, apparently the graphics are old looking and that its hard to control your toon.
On a Gamespot review, it says Harvest Moon DS is:
"Disappointing use of the touch screen"
"Lackluster presentation"
"Very little has been improved since the previous game in the series."
"Life on the farm isn't difficult...or exciting."
"The extent of the touch-screen control is this animal-rubbing minigame."
"the task-reward cycle wears thin because nothing much changes as the game progresses."

Not saying you shouldnt enjoy it or play it, lol to each their own, im just thinking based on the review i saw, i dont think i would spend money to buy it. Its a shame cause the Harvest Moon on the DS has so much potential. I think they could've put more effort into it no?

I can agree with what there are saying, since the touch screen is limited, and the graphics and gameplay is simple if you have played A wonderful life, because the map is almost exactly the same. I like it though, just try renting it or borrowing it, maybe?
Yeah, the two are pretty much the same, only 3 to choose from...your either male or female, but with Female, I was so reluctant to marry the three dudes. >.<'

Celia is sweet and cute, Muffy is a bombshell, and Nami is pretty and edgy.
In my opinion the guys are:
Rock the dead beat, lazy, playboy.
Gustafa the hippy who looks like an elf (not the hot kind of elf, lol)
Marlin, who looks like elvis.
Marlin is my favorite, i like the silent/misunderstood kind of guy, lol but it bugs me he looks like elvis, but at least he's a good guy, unlike Rock who is just awful and lazy lol.
Gustafa is sweet and romantic ...but i like my guys manly and not too senstiave, lol.
Who is your favorite? Well... the least annoying for you?

My favorite on the females, well, I cant decide between Nami and Celia, I like them both...though if Lumina was a option in my GC game, I would pick her like I did when I rented the PS2 version. Muffy...seems to much like a slut to me, she supposedly is afraid of getting her heart broken again from what I understand, but she just comes off wrong to me.
Males...uggg...I just married Rock for shits and giggles because I had no choice, Rock has a horrible personality, Gustafa gives me the heeves, while Marlin needs to change his hair.

Yes i agree Muffy is a bit of a harlet, lol i think she's so pretty though. I think if i play the boy version (i will eventually) i will probably go with Celia, since she just next door to my farm and she's there most of the time, i dont have to run around looking for her, lol.
Ughh Rock..i had no choice to marry him once as i was not exactly sure how the game worked and so he neded up having the most hearts for me and ended up propsing to me, i said no and then the game ended, lol im like whaaa? So i restarted and Rock showed up at my door again and im like crap the last thing i wanna do in this game is to marry rock, so i said no again, lol WISHFUL thinking that the last time i said no and the game ended was just a fluke, lol but alas the game ended, lol so i restarted again and after a few minutes of staring at the screen, contemplating whether i should just end the game, lol. However i gave in and accepted.
First thing he said to me was "There's no food in the refrigerator, fill it up with food, Thanks Babe"
lol almost made me gag, and when its 9pm he puts our baby to sleep and says soemthing like "Go to bed! I cant do what i want to do, say gnight to mommy!" or...something along those lines.
lol i love how he walks around the pasture and says "Farming is hard work!" ughh he just made me cringe, Marlin at least cares about our family and the farm, lol. Rock comes home late after partying, he's probably drunk for all i know, lol dead beat dad.

Another wonderful life I can agree had some crappy guys, only guys people like in Harvest moon DS cute, not counting the mineral town guys, is Skype. I would still rather stayed unmarried though, which is thank heavens, a choice in DS cute, unlike Another wonderful life.
