just a test-animation of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac...He's not my character, obviously. He belongs to the creative force, Jhonen Vasquez, who also created Invader Zim among other things.
I sort of kinda plan to make an animated short film, or a fan-film, of this guy.. It'll probably take a long while to finish though, since I've got so many other things I need to focus on.
But I just thought it'd be fun...
I originally didn't plan on posting any fanart in my gallery... but since it seems I've done that quite some times already, I figured "why the heck not.. I'll upload this to my Oomi-gallery..."
anyways, just a little something...

I *love* Jhonen Vasquez's style, and every time I got to a comic shop, I check to see if they have Johnny's comic. They never do, because it's either out of production or they're always backlogged. On my reading list

Holy cow, this is great. A few more frames might've made it look smoother, but once it loaded better and started moving faster it wasn't too noticeable. I have to say though, I've never seen a JTHM animation this good.
I never would've thought it would be possible to animate something of this style without altering it completely or making it look unnatural, but you've totally proved me wrong! That's really, really cool.
