A little tribute to one of my favorite comics as a kid; Calvin and Hobbes! I still adore those comics and Bill Watterson's unique artworks.The dance scenes in the C&H comics are classic, and apart from the snowmen, downhill wagon rides, Calvin's grimaces and the badass dinosaurs I'll assume their dance moves are among the first things to come to mind when anyone mentions the comic.
It was the first thing that sprung to my mind when I was to fill some blank space on a postcard and randomly thought that "I wanna draw my characters in the Calvin and Hobbes style!" Granted I could've bothered to do a better job actually trying to capture the style instead of just borrowing the poses, but it was fun either way and I'd love to draw more tributes like this

First of all, I love the Calvin and Hobbes reference, you characters really fit that style
On this second point, I have a doubt, which you probably answered before, but I don't really know the answer: I'm one of the thousand people who are looking forward to the SPIKE story. I've following your art not so long ago (maybe a year ago) and I could see most of your style is anthro-based characters. I say "most of..." because i've seen several drawings of human versions of the main characters, like Sam, Spike, Saunders, Chuck, etc. Now that you definitely scheduled your novel for November next year, I was wondering whether the characters are going to be in their original versions, like anthro characters, or like humans??
I personally don't think I would get sad or even mad if they will be humans, but it's something that was going on in my head for a while xD
