Can't remember if I've uploaded this one before either, so again pardon for any potential, accidental double-posts.
I did, however, upload it to my Patreon page, and I'm gonna be super-lazy now and just copy-paste what I wrote there:
"Peter N. C. Saunders, more commonly known as just Saunders Here's a little doodle of him in his early teens.
Fourteen years old, to be precise.
And in a little moment of having forgotten how to use words, speechless and mesmerised as the woman who unbeknownst to him is about to become the mother of his future child has just introduced herself to him for the first time, and is now leading him by the hand up the stairs of the dormitory hosting the party for the graduation classes, to find somewhere more private.
Lost in the eyes of this eighteen year old woman before him, it didn't occur to young Pete here to tell her that he was underage - especially not after having gotten so used to lying about his age in the first place, which he had done in order to honor and fulfil his late older brother's dream of becoming a botanist by faking his identity to match that of his brother so he could attend this particular college in his place.
It didn't really occur to the young woman, Tasha, either to double check how old her date really was, assuming he had to be around her age considering they were both students of the same school. He seemed to her like he was, at least. Plus, his calm nature had a sort of mature vibe to it, she thought. Besides, being eager to vex her strict and wealthy upper-class parents, hooking up with this scruffy-looking foreigner seemed like a delightfully bold symbolic equivalent of giving her parents the middle finger.
Unfortunately for her, it was a short lived triumph which backfired when a few weeks later she discovered that her rebellious desire and careless act had resulted in the beginning of an accidental journey into future motherhood. Backfiring even further when she told her partner in crime, who instead of encouraging abortion like she'd hoped had in response went down on one knee and shown his dedication and commitment to their little family-to-be by asking her to marry him.
Thus, at barely fifteen years old, Saunders was already a father.
Practically raised by his older brother when he was still alive, and having helped his brother assist their mother in raising their younger siblings as well, Saunders adapted quickly to the role of being a parent. Despite being stranded in a foreign country, coping with a failing marriage, having had to drop out of college, lost one of his two best friends and having turned his botanical future into an illegal business to provide for his new family, becoming a father felt like the best thing that had ever happened to Saunders, and he never strayed from his commitment and dedication to give his son the happiest life he possibly could."
