He IS a wannabe-gangsta'.. x3I was listening to (omg) Jay-Z's "Empire state of mind", which, I have to admit, is a pretty cool song. And it kind of reminded me of my character Ray. I imagine this to be the kind of music he'd listen to..
I like Ray. He's so silly ^w^ and cool. Even though he's all "talkin' like 'dis, dawg!" trying to be "gangstah 'n shizz.." x)
drawn on pretty thick and rough (and cheap) paper. I had this unopened sketchpad lying around, and I was surprised to find the paper was great to draw on even though it's probably some cheap-ass sketchpad. I'm gonna buy some more of 'em! <3 I like how rough the paper made the lines appear. Makes it look like this drawing was done in 5 minutes and not 20.

I don't really like to draw on thick paper... all my lines get really smudged~ So it ruins the entire drawing when I'm supposed to shade it. :c
However, I've started to look for some tricks to avoid that. I will not use a pen, because I really prefer pencils.
But I really like this. The lines because awesome as well~ And your lineart is so clean!

The lines .... they're so clean I love him already just by looking at him I just wish i could make lines look that clear.
He's so gansta YOOOO I said that because he actually does look like a gangsta. So lovin him. I wish i could make a friend for him *bangs head on table* just a loner, quite, old friend that happened to leave ages ago It would be SOOOO cool, though she may be a little rough and mean at times she would be a nice chick I already know a perfect reference sheet for her 
Also i love his hair, i don't know why but i just have this thing with large amounts of hair that covers peoples faces
