i'm soo sorry for the late respond I do not check my deviant that much. the best thing to do to start with is to get the pre mixed ones they usualy sell them in indian corner stores for 3 bucks or less i don't know where you live but it's cheap anywhere. they put them in cones or you'll find them in tubes but really the cones are better because it is home made. if you get the cones all u have to do is remove the needle so the henna paste can come out and u'll be able to use it to do your designs on the hand. one cone usualy is good enough for both hands depends on how heavy the design is. the reason why premixed is better because they put this chemiccal in it to make it darker and it's good it's not harmful or anything. if you decide to mix it yourself you need to becarefull where you buy it from because people cheat and add weird plants and you'll never know untill you use it and bam no colour!! if you are going to order the actual powder make sure you know exactly how it looks and smells i had a trea back home and i can tell if it's pure henna or not because i was exposed to it alot so becareful. start with pre and here is a link where you can get an idea on how to make it or do it but i really don't know of anywhere to order i usualy just get it from the indian stores i live in canada:

Thats quite alrite! I am very happy you took the time to write something back to me [: Very kind although I have already figured out my answers to my questions I had asked a while back. [: I got a henna kit on etsy.com and mixed it all up myself and have been doing henna for a while ^-^ I love it! Its so addictive! I love to have the temporary tattoos all over Haha.

I dont really know of any indian stores near me. Although I live in the US. So I have no idea where to get premixed henna. The henna I have been using though has been pretty light and doesnt last as long as the henna I got done on me a while back. Plus when I put this henna on my moms back (a design), it didnt show up at all. I was wondering if it was becauuse she was tan? Any ideas?

keep drawing and you'll get better maybe you'll beat me at some point lol but it really comes with practice

LOl yes i know it's because i was studyin for my stats midterm n my brain couldn't take it any more i guess i'm more creative when i'm under stress!!
