It's very nice, but I think you should put in more shading, and make it with complementary colours instead of just darker versions of base colours. I do like the way you hand-drew the sparklies though. The neck should probably slope more to the shoulders, and it looks a bit too stiff and long. Try making it shorter. Like I said, it is very nice, and cute! I like it!

You're welcome! I also like how you made the girl's body realistically proportional even though she's drawn in the anime style. A lot of artists draw their anime girls with stick-skinny waists and big boobs, but you made them look almost just right. They look a bit big but it doesn't detract from the picture.

I don't like it when they look too skinny... just like you mentioned also with big boobs and so on.
