LOL why did you blur the names of those programs? That's kinda funny...
But anyway, pretty nice theme all around. Matches GANT pretty nice. Only things I had to fix were the titlebar font (was a little too large) and the buttons, they didn't match very well being black with the white titlebar text, so I changed them to white.

it's an app called "free launch bar" google it , it's free ... duh.
you can add linux style menus in your taskbar ...
right click -> view -> large icons ...
