Believe me...you and I are just the tip of the iceberg. The Spitfire persona, as a whole, is one of the easiest to sexualize.
Considering:

a. Dat mane
b. She's got a temper (which I find kinda sexy in a way)
c. Dat suit she wears. It's tight-fittingness is rivaled only by Pinkie Pie's suit from the episode "It's About Time!"

...and well, she's got a few one-liners that can easily be manipulated into naughty contexts (such as "That's a new academy record!")
