this is pretty good, the hair and face is good and accurate but her left needs to be lower and further away, also smaller since it's further away. xD

The eyes look somewhat lopsided. The eye on the right should be tilted more down instead of up like it is.

The makes makes it look lopsided. Her head's turned, so that makes the right eye tilt up.
