It recently came to my notice that despite being out since I was a teenager, I've never celebrated pride despite having always wanted to. I have a majority of straight friends and they are all very accepting, but I feel its easy to forget I'm kinda queer because I'm not with anyone and haven't been for a long time out of choice. Yet it's really depressed me that I've never celebrated the way I love people and I really want to change that. It's a shame that I figure this out this year 2020, the year of lockdown, virus and police violence. I feel like I've let the team down by having never been to a parade or club or anything, I'm agoraphobic, but still I should have been there learning about myself from others who've been through it all as well. I was sort of ignorant of myself. Anyway I guess this is a renewed coming out, I'm Pan and I'm Poly and I love everyone.
