Description Lyra and Bon "Sweetie Drops" Bon or what have you. (I used "Sweetie" in the working file title, and honestly it has begun to grow on me... ) In my vision, Sweetie/Bon would dress like she shops at Forever 21, and Lyra would dress...not girly, but not un-girly either. Utilitarian with a little flair of her own. (Sorry, no gangsta hoodies plz.)

I aimed to make the overall feel as girly as possible, because there isn't enough girly FIM art. Hand-drawn pastel hearts, flowers & etc. are hand-drawn toward that effect. Deal with it.

[Edit: Now I've drawn them as Equestria Girls too, 'cuz these two are the best!   ]

Thanks! To be honest, it started out as a horseshoe, but then I let it go its own way. Inverted lyre? Horseshoe? Omega? I think only Lyra knows what it really means to her.

c'mon! Give some credit to the fan names. Bonbon is named so because of a G2 pony with the same Cutie mark.

I wondered if it was the same Bon Bon. I vaguely remember her from MLP Tales. Well, I tend to take canon as canon, but it looks like with the release of the new trading cards, she really is Bon Bon. So that's that, then.

Thank you! Heh, occasionally I guess I feel the need to "reclaim", but I always try and do my best regardless. Like Lauren Faust says, girly doesn't mean worse (or better)! I'm happy the work can speak for itself.
