Ok so I think this would throw down.
Venom would some how enter the DC beyond universe, but he wouldn't care a universe free of spider-man so he would be able to think he would freely dish out his own for of lethal justice. He would kill a group of jokers and would leave the bodies and when batman comes around he would somehow track him down venom thinking it was ink he would try to use water on venom. Of course that wouldn't work one venom and since he has the upper hand and unlike how some of batman villains do that 'we'll met again' thing venom will just kill him.
