As a filmmaker, I love to see stills that use the techniques of cinema. The atmosphere perfectly compliments the mood of the subject and her expression. The contrasting color palette (including the makeup & wardrobe), limited depth of field, beautiful bokeh and just the right amount of grain/noise keep make you want to keep looking at the image, imagining what the rest of the frames before and after would be, as if it were a full story told in a motion picture.
The entire composition is extraordinary and pulls the eye down from the warm street lights down each length of hair and the almost parallel nose and arm of the model. And I have to agree with Ophelia-Overdose. Rick Craft is extremely talented.

The colour choice is very cinematic; you look like you're in a big-budget movie. Rick Craft seems like he has a great eye for a thought-provoking portrait.
