So I was looking at some screenshots I had done in the game and I saw symbiote black cat. Now I don't know 'bout you but I'd hit her!
Say, do you happen to know if you can interact with revived Black cat after you "symbiote" her? And if you choose the Red Path, does she die?

no she doesn't die she goes to the medics at sheild and she tells mj that spider really loves her

You have a short amount of time to "interact" with her after you save her, but all she does is follow you around. And yes, when you choose the red path she "dies"

Shit! I thought she just gets in a critical state and someone else would save her or something. So later on she follows you? In the sexy cut symbiote dress? 
Funny thing! After the battle with her, the events develop quite fast you have almost no time to contemplate on the surroundings and all.

I don't think she actually dies, which is why I put it in quotation marks. As for her following you around afterward, yes she does it in the "Symbiote Queen" suit (as I call it), but I don't know if she swings around or not 'cause when I did it, I saved and quit the game right after her fight and when I logged back in she wasn't there anymore.
As for the scene where Spidey pushes the machine, the game runs on an algorithm by which your previous choices dictates that scene. I actually determined that algorithm when I wrote my Web of Shadows complimentary Interactive Story: [link]

Then how do you know that she follows? You walked around the rooftop before you quit the game? Afterwards did you try passing through her apartment?
