dem bones. tattoo-inspired waves.i got a little gung ho. but i didn't plan out some of the overlap elements so there are some things to be desired but, here's my first two block prints in...er...8 years
4x6 block
black ink
printer paper
a sunday afternoon in need of distraction
*edit* i reworked the cro magnon brow and part of the jaw. fairly satisfied now with the block, though now i've made an inconsistent print

thanks! i feel like sometimes with art when you don't *have* to do it it comes out better. i tried lino printing in high school and was so..not into it. but it was an assignment so i halfassed my way through it and then assumed it was a medium i was just shitty at.
but it was a medium that i wasn't actually making art in, just fulfilling the course requirement, jooknow?
you should do it again on your own time
