okay so this was supposed to be the first drawing of 2014 but you know how that worked out.apparently i can paint fruit now. even though they looks totally awkward and floaty here.
this is a massive clash of styles and i am sorry.

Maybe the clash of styles make it look a bit wonky, but hey, I think it's great! Have I ever mentioned that I really like your deer ears? The fruits are awesome! Especially the pumpkin. Maybe it would appear more realistic if you also added a wee bit of shape to it? I think the anatomy of the deer is wonderful, and I really like that you cut it at the body instead of the classic head-portrait. Are you going to work more on this? I'd really like to see it even more polished

Seems to me you spent more time on the fruit than the deer. 
But I very much like the concept. Maybe come back to this again?
