Description Acrylic on canvas, was so much fun to paint!

This is an Illustration for my IMPURE project. Β 

EDIT (11/12/16): Re-balanced the light and colors to more accurately represent the real painting. God I haven't done anything like this traditionally in so long, I've got one that's been on the side for while so I'll get to it in December.Β

Yeah, I should actually get my hands on some real paint soon. I'd like to see some more of these kind of things from you, I feel acrylic suites your style so well.

so good ! want to be able to paint like this. The traditional feel adds so much to it. The strokes and the way they interact. There are Β digital artists who paint this way Β and Β to me their work looks more impressive.Β

I honestly enjoy working with traditional media much more than digital, there is something with the brush strokes and even the process is more involved so you kind of put more of yourself into the paintings. And again thank you again!

yes, very true. Digital is way more forgiving as far as painting goes. The Β traditional method makes digital paintings a lot better than the complete photoreal approach that you can do with digital. Β 
Traditional is great ! I try with oil paints, but have a harder time
