Haha my warm ups are usually an hour of whatever is on my mind to get the morning rust off. I would highly recommend the practice it helps a lot

Just paint all the time! Like, ALL the time. Take this aspect of your life---->Time< Β  Β and turn it into this----->Painting<Β 
Also I have gotten a decent amount of requests for a tutorial or some insight on how I paint so I'll be doing a live stream pretty soon.Β
