IT TOOK FOREVER TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DRAW LACE.But it looks good!
Mostly pencil, flat color in Photoshop.

I love how long and elegant you make necks! There's just so much right with this picture, it's hard to pick out specifics. The textures are so smooth and wonderful, it's hard to believe that's just flat colour! I love the hair and the...what to call them...decorations in it! Her face and eye are lovely, and that lace! Amazing job on the lace!
