This is a request by I know, it is VERY "stepping on my dream", but heck, he requested it that way...I like it...it´s really...cute...same technique, I did some vector work for the dress, but then got tired of it and went back to good old select/cut.
Just to mix it up I also used a small degrade for the BG. Very Subtle.
