(Update: May 18th, 2018 - I just noticed that I had actually forgotten a little tiny line one her right arm, at the elbow. I know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but the absence of that line was actually driving me crazy.)Another Muro drawing fro your's truly.
This time… It's Jana's turn to beat her chest.
I know she lives in Amazonia, and there are no gorillas there… But I have actually been fantasising about a story based on the "Jana Of The Jungle" episode "Rouge Elephant", only in my mind, I switch the elephant for a gorilla. Simply because, I can imagine that, since Jana clearly can talk the verbal languages of all animals, she would also understand that some body language means certain things for certain animals. Chest beating, for a gorilla, being a sign of a challenge, I can imagine Jana doing it to lure an angry gorilla away from some defenceless villagers.

I like the idea you had for a story. Yes, she has her reign of jungle in the Amazon jungle, but that prevents her from meeting a gorilla? Maybe he ran away from a freighter bound for Africa, just passing through. With imagination you can do everything!
