This was a day that nopony would have expected to go like this.

It was Jungle Jewel's 11 birthday, and the entire family, and all her friends from school, were gathered for a big birthday party at the family's home in Ponyville. Everything was so great, and everypony were happy… But then, suddenly, Jungle Heart felt a very strong pain in her stomach. She insisted that the party would continue, but Wildlife convinced her that she has had these pain attacks from time to time, lately, and that she should have it checked. So, even though she thought it wasn't necessary, she went to the hospital, to have her stomach checked. She told Jungle Jewel, when she left, to continue party and to have fun. But poor Jungle Jewel just couldn't have any fun, knowing that her mom might be sick. So, she called off the party, and insisted that she and dad followed Jungle Heart to the hospital.

At the hospital, Wildlife and Jungle Jewel were waiting in the hallway, while Jungle Heart was getting a really proper examination, to make sure nothing was terribly wrong. But Jungle Jewel couldn't stop worrying.

Jungle Jewel: "worried" Daddy… Is mom gonna be alright?

Wildlife: Of course, Little Monkey. Remember, your mom has wrestled some of the wildest animals in the jungle. It's gonna take more than just a stomach ache to bring her down.

Jungle Jewel: I hope you're right, daddy. "hugs her dad, really worried"
