Party Snack always likes to welcome new ponies. But unlike Pinkie Pie, she knows that some ponies don't like a bombastic welcome. She would rather wait, until she gets to know the new pony, before throwing a party. After all, what is the use of trying to make a new friend, if you just scare them away, by being to eager? Right?
