Thanks for the thoughtful comment, I have much to learn myself being relatively new to digital art also. For me it's finding the time where i'm in the mood to just sit down and paint. It's a learn by doing thing so with persistence I'm sure you'll make a good artist. I certainly hope I will too ^^

yeah it is about just doing, i guess i'm lucky that i enjoy doing art, and i just tend to draw when i have nothing else to do haha which is most of the time. I think if you do find time then i'm sure it's beneficial for your progress. with the digital work i'm kinda making steady progress, my first pieces looked like things you'd draw on windows 98 paint, and they're gradually improving, i just need to get around to developing my style and get new techniques. I think at the same time it's always good to watch somebody else improve at the same time so it'd be cool to see how you get on as well
