In the old old old batman comics. I remember there was a girl named Julie. She was an actress I think. Did they ever put her in newer comics?
I Don't read any comics now 'cause I don't like the direction the writers go now a days. I usually only buy children's comics like Sonic and the comics based off of cartoons.

I think Bruce dated the lady who BECAME Catwoman, and when she WAS Catwoman, but they didn't know about each other's identities at the time. In the newer movies there's Rachel, and at some point or another he had a son with Ras Al Gul's (sp?!) daughter ...
Personally I think his 'love interest' is the Joker, but that's just me being me.

Julie used to be his love interest but in "Batman and the Mad Monk" She moved to Africa after discovering Batman's secret identity and her Father's death. Nice comic. It made me laugh.
