It is a technique using good old paper printing (stupid people thinking it is a dying art. It may be less popular but there are things like this you just cant do with digital... well maybe you can... but you have to try to make this work.)
Some strange old guy (probably french) somehow found out that if you expose paper to light while you are developing it with a picture already exposed on it, you get this strange solarisation effect. Personally I really like it, cause it gives effects like this.

thanks! I love doing wet photography. You can do so much wrong but also you can do crazy things to photos that you cant quite get the same feeling of with digital...
maybe some people can but I like getting me hands with that funny chemically smell...
though sometimes I wonder if I am poisoning me self...
