Yumeko:  I think not.  As your representing attorney, you will not lose any footwear.  According to the "Good Sister Clause", section 10 states:  "Thou shalt assist thy sibling when in need".  The key words are "WHEN in need".  It does not say that you need to be a bodyguard to your sister.  I think we can negotiate, your sentence to "One day grounded and none of your shoes will be confiscated."
