here we find Mokari is holding a meeting with the leaders of some of the criminal gangs that work alot in Tawashi which includes: Sumiko of the L.T.S.S. , Ruby with her army of androids and lastly Chieko who is the head of the sisterhood of thieves. As Mokari figures it's time for alliance so they can take down the heros of Tawashi and take over the city to do with it as they please.

Mokari: Listen I am sick and tired of us being taken down by a bunch of kids. So I figure that it's time we work together so we can put an end to those so called heros!

Sumiko: Yeah and me and my girls were taken down by a bunch of kids from the school.

Ruby: Yeah that and I haven't had much luck making my androids any better thanks to power limits so their pretty much junk.

Chieko: Heh what if I said if i had a new kind of energy source i just need the help to mass produce it.

Mokari: Yeah it's one of the main reasons we wanted you here Ruby as we figure you have some kind of large factory for your androids

Ruby: Hm..I see.

Sumiko: What is this energy source anyway?

Mokari: Derv Crystals. We recently got a way to make new ones with a very high energy output.

Ruby: Ah interesting. How about I think about this.

Sumiko: Yeah same here.
