Description
This is the Avatarverse version of Phineas from Phineas & Ferb.His name is Hong Se which means red in Chinese (from Flynn, Phineas' last name) and he is a non-bender. He got the mustache since I gave Ferb a beard and I didn't want them to look too much alike.
